When people look at the dandelion, all they see is a weed and a pest which needs to be removed and obliterated.
Our lives, just like this little plant, are often wrecked by circumstances and situations which we often view as unnecessary and irritating. However, if you stop and look closely at the dandelion, you will realize the symbol of positivity, progress and survival that it engenders. Just like the human soul, this cheerful little flower can grow practically anywhere where there is a pinch of soil. This is proof from nature, that the things in our lives which we often view as irritating and unnecessary, may have tremendous value.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands in moments of challenge and controversy.
— Martin Luther King, Jr
